DIY: Safety Pin Beaded Collar
Tis the season for extra embellishments like tinsel on trees, bows on boxes and rooftops covered in lights. While you’re decorating this season don’t neglect the collars of your cozy sweaters. Use a few safety pins and beads to adorn your sweaters collar and be ready to glitz up any Holiday party!
Materials: Sweater (Available here from LOFT), Safety Pins, Beads
Open the pin and stack the beads
Attach the safety pin to the collar of the sweater so that the beads are showing
Accessorize this look with Glitter ‘N Glue DIY button statement rings. Click here for that full tutorial.
This project is a little time consuming so get comfy, make yourself a cup of hot coco and tune into the Yule Log channel while you’re pinning.
I’m loving this LOFT sweater because it’s a combination of two of the hottest Fall trends, peplum and oxblood! Click here to purchase. Add this sweater to your collection NOW because guess what… it’s on sale for $49.50 $29.50!

Cool idea. You’ve pinned them from behind? So the unbeaded part of the safty pin is on the back of the knit??
