DIY: Jeweled Camo Jacket
Military is a big trend this season and a great way to work it into your wardrobe is to sport a camouflage jacket. Since it’s finally jacket weather here in LA, I decided it was time to add a little glam to my Army surplus jacket and debut it as part of my Fall wardrobe.
Materials: Camo Jacket (available at your local Army surplus store), Jeweled Appliques, Glue
Add glue to the back of the applique and apply it to the pockets of the jacket. If you can’t find an applique you like then consider using jeweled trim as an alternative.
Allow time to dry. I chose not to trim the netting of my applique because I like they way it looked, but it’s completely up to you.
I like to close my eyes an image a world at peace. A world where camo jackets are only worn by fashionistas playing dress up. Make wrap bracelets, not war. Awwwww one day…

ohhhh Kristen! I just love this jacket – I am spending so much time copying your DIY’s! hehe
Thank you! xo
